The King of Fire is a puzzle game, which has several levels featuring tons of different puzzles. As many other games, there is always a final test for each level (a boss) to decide if you are ready to move on to the next.
In each of the eight levels, there will be ten maps with three different types of puzzles. These types are called binary, pathway and memory puzzles, each with its specific game rules, while the final test is a sliding puzzle, whose pieces are won by solving the previous puzzles. The game includes extras, such as hints and money tokens.
If you just multiply the number of levels with the puzzles in each and sum the final games, you will realize that there are actually lots of puzzles to solve, so this game will probably keep you glued to your seat for a while.
The rules may be a little difficult to figure out (especially those for the binary-type puzzle); however, once you have gone through the tutorial, you will soon notice that they are easy to learn. So, depending on your abilities, you will find a particular type of game easier than the others, for instance, I do not seem to do well on memory-based puzzles.
This game has nice graphics, which match the selected theme. Animations are simple and nothing out of this planet. Although the music is nice, it will probably become annoying after a while. In general, The King of Fire is a game that puzzle lovers will definitely adore - it is defying enough to maintain their interest, though not so difficult.
